Heforus Oy Ltd  was founded in August 2010 to provide consulting services for companies which aim to succeeding in Russia and other former Soviet Union countries. Our mission is to provide our customers with strategic insight to Russian culture and networks and help them to take that insight to operations via enhanced process management and security.

We provide services that enable enhancement of organizational leadership and management skills, holistic overall process development, integrated continuity and ability of problem prevention and solutions.
